I love food. I love to eat it, I love to make it, I love to make it pretty. I live in a fairly small town with my sweetheart, work at the local grocery store (and spend most of my paycheck there) and am a mom of three amazing kids, two of which have special needs. (Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or as we call him our odd child & high functioning autism in the other. Just in case you wanted to know) Sweets, oh how I love to bake...and then eat what I bake. I also really love making new and interesting meals for my family. It's how I show them I love them! I'm always on the lookout for new recipes, and I usually tweak them a bit.
