This is so good and yet so bad all at the same time. Great Recipe! I'll be making this for a Christmas party I'll be hosting in a few weeks, and plan to keep the caramel exactly the same. I think if I ever make it again for us, I'll lower the sugar and butter. The only thing I changed was that I broke apart the popcorn to have individual pieces rather than clumped. So yummy!

Amazingly Good Eggnog

I've made this twice, and all I can say is WOW! I never liked store bought eggnog, but I made this for my husband, and to test out for a Christmas party I will be hosting in a few weeks. I've drank most of it myself. The only thing I plan on changing is the rum, I tried 2 cups the second time, and it was still a little boozy for me, and most of the guests. So I'll be aiming for about 1 1/2 cups on the next attempt. It's worth the effort, and it's almost no effort at all!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

A few years ago, I found a similar recipe from this site (I can no longer find it), that had directions to make your own crust with 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 crushed pecans and 2 tbps butter. Bake in the oven 10 minutes. It's a great crust!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

I feel bad giving this recipe a bad review because so many others liked it. My tenderloin was packed with heat (which we love), but had no taste. My spices are good quality, so I think it's just a matter personal preference. I love heat to my food, but I also like to taste the seasoning.

We liked this, but I would make it a tad sweeter, maybe 1/3 cup sugar next time... I also didn't use cream, just regular milk. It's worth making again!

Spinach and Mushroom Frittata

I followed the recipe exactly and dont know what went wrong. The middle didn't set. I tried leaving the dish in for longer and it didn't really help.. Of what was cooked, the dish was good! I'll attempt a second time, hopefully with different results

Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori

I had high hopes for this recipe. After reading all the great reviews, I thought it would this recipe would be a hit. It wasn't bad, it just didn't have any flavor. I had the chicken marinading all day, and followed the recipe as written. Disappointing, and I wont be making this again. Sorry!

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

This was good, but I'll add to the sauce nest time. I made this in my cast iron skillet, and substituted chicken broth for the wine. I was really annoyed when I got home from the deli and was given cooked ham instead of proscuitto. It still worked okay, but proscuitto would have been better.

Lemon Dreams

First, I think that the sweetness of this cookie is perfect because it's not sweet... it's tangy. The lemon filling is to die for!! That part of this recipe is a keeper. The actual cookie was terrible, and I'm not talking about taste. I had the worst time with the dough. They crumbled while shaping, and they cracked in the oven so my filling ran out. I found the dough too buttery. I think if you take the filling of this recipe, and use a different cookie base, you would have one GREAT recipe!
