I enjoy eating so it's just right that I enjoy cooking as well. I love cooking for others, especially during holidays and special occasions. To me---food is a symbol of family, friendship, and love. Cooking is a way to relax and calm my nerves...it forces me to focus. I love trying new recipes and learning new things along the way. desserts, breakfast/brunch, and comfort food. Making a big breakfast (sometimes brunch) during the weekend. Trying recipes that seem intimidating and have it turn out perfectly in the end :) I've tried to make chili at least 3-4 different occasions and I can't seem to make it taste right. I'm not sure if it's me or just can't find the right recipe that I like---either way, I'll continue trying until I get it right.
