Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This was a great recipe! Made 3 large loaves. I added 1 cup of chocolate chips, and the bread just melted in your mouth. I had to share the recipe with everyone at work. Great 4 days later, warmed in microwave. My oven cooked it in about 65 minutes. Outstanding!

Refrigerator Pickles
I have never pickled anything and I am a pickle lover. I tried this and it was great! Cut back on sugar but if you cut back too much then its just vinegar. Carrots did not work so well. Making it for Easter. Low calorie and homemade! Thanks for the recipe!
