Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
It's good, don't get me wrong, but when I spend the time to make a homemade mac and cheese I want it to be awesome or very unique from a store-bought brand. The cheese came out very thick in the end, so I would opt out of baking it as another reviewer suggested as well (just remember to fully cook the macaroni then).
