My favorite family cooking traditions
My family all like to take turns hosting big family events. The majority of my family is in Ontario so any chance I get to make a family meal makes me really happy
My cooking triumphs
I made my first full turkey dinner without any incidents. I made a 13Lb turkey, stuffing veggies and mashed potatoes with a cherry cheesecake for dessert. Everyone was very pleased with the meal. I was so relieved it all turned out.
My cooking tragedies
I have undercooked far too many dishes! Its not a big deal as it can always be put back in to cook. Its just dissapointing when your spouse cuts into something that isnt cooked all the way.

Barbequed Pork Ribs
These are by far the best ribs Ive ever tasted! I didnt have time to refridgerate for 2 hrs after the sauce was on the ribs and they still turned out amazing! This will be a repeat recipe for me!

Healthier Hot Legs
These were a big hit in my house. My bf thought it wouldnt be so great since I skinned the legs but he was very impressed. We love our food hot and spicy and this is a nice, quick semi healthy supper Thanks

Italian-Style Round Steak
This was sooo good. the meat came out nice and tender and the sauce was great as well. I omitted the Mushrooms since I didnt have any but this still turned out great!
