Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
I really liked it but thought it needed more tartness. Next time I am going to add a little more lemon juice. My kids liked it too. This was the first time I ever made lemon meringue and I was really pleased with the results.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I thought they were good, but not spectacular. My kids loved them, though.

American Lasagna
I used half ground beef and half italian sasage. I don't really like lasagna but this I did like.
