Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
Delicious and so easy. The only thing I changed was the egg white. I used lemon juice instead to give it more flavor. I also used butter instead of olive oil. I suppose it's not as good for you, but does add even more flavor.

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
My husband loved the flavor and even went back for seconds so I'll definitely make this again. However, I'd use thinner cut pork chops as an hour wasn't enough to cook through the ones I used- they were about an inch thick. After I cooked them longer, they were pretty dry.

Pasta Bake
Easy to make and by adding more of the ingredients, you have more than one night's meal- great for a busy family!
