Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

These had a great flavor but were too runny! Next time I will add egg to the "cheese" mixture and cook my tortillas before baking!

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Didn't change a thing except cooked it in the oven. It was a little salty but everything else was GREAT and easy! Can't wait to try it on the grill this summer!
