Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
These had a great flavor but were too runny! Next time I will add egg to the "cheese" mixture and cook my tortillas before baking!

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa
This was GREAT!!!!!! The meat was so tender. I added onion and a little caraway seed. Great Easter meal! Thanks!

Cream Corn Like No Other
This was excellent! Everyone loved it! I used a little less milk than the recipe called for. Just eyeball it!!!!! Thanks!
