I live in Nashville, TN. I like to listen to music and go out to eat when I am not cooking! I am now an RE addict. This site has helped broaden my horizons in the kitchen and I have "met" alot of great people on this site!!!! I love dark chocolate and any kind of cool kitchen gadgets. Can't stand allspice or anything pumpkin!!!!! Pasta sauce, Seafood, southern dishes - meatloaf, mashed potatoes, fried chicken! I am now trying to cook healthier recipes! I used to make lasagna for Christmas.... now my fh (future husband) wants me to cook the traditional turkey dinner. For Easter we have pork roast with saurdraut.
