I used 1 cup each of all purpose and wheat flours, 1/2 cup oat bran and 1/2 cup of ground flax. I used french vanilla yogurt, virgin coconut oil, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of honey, 3/4 cup of raisins soaked in boiling water and double the carrots and zuchini. I added a pinch of cloves and ginger. They are delicious and nutritious, thanks for sharing! There will be some of these in my freezer from now on.
