Wild Mushroom Puff Pastry
Loved this! Changes I made, I used fresh oregano instead of the thyme (due to availability), and I measured out bigger squares. I did use butter on the puff pastry to help it brown. Husband asked for seconds, and my 3 yr old loved to eat the filling before it went into the pastry but not after (not sure why). Overall it'll be a recipe I keep and use often, with variations, of course.

Holiday Cranberry-Pomegranate Sauce
My husband, toddler and I all very much enjoyed this sauce, and it's going to be a regular item at the dinner table from now on. The only thing I did different from the recipe was to pull the cinnamon sticks from the sauce after 3 hours instead of waiting a full 8 hours. It was spicy enough without being overwhelming, for us, at that point.

Tuna Fish Special
Excellent dish. Family really enjoyed it, especially my husband. Things I did different (what I had in pantry), used spaghetti instead of chow mein, and no almonds. Definitely a staple in my recipe book. Thanks for submitting it!
