Thunderbird Stew
This dish was delicious! I only made a couple slight changes: I substituted 1-1/2 pounds of venison stew meat, and I added 1/2 cup of water due to cooking time. The meat cooked all day - about 11 hours by the time DH got home.
The gravy had a wonderful flavor and covered any gamey taste in the venison, which was out-of-this-world-tender.
We served this over jasmine rice (yum!), with steamed broccoli on the side.
