Thunderbird Stew
This dish was delicious! I only made a couple slight changes: I substituted 1-1/2 pounds of venison stew meat, and I added 1/2 cup of water due to cooking time. The meat cooked all day - about 11 hours by the time DH got home. The gravy had a wonderful flavor and covered any gamey taste in the venison, which was out-of-this-world-tender. We served this over jasmine rice (yum!), with steamed broccoli on the side. This is going into my favorite recipes binder!

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
We made this a couple nights ago and it was delicious! DH and my sister both loved it as well. We did thinly slice a chicken breast (1/2 lb) and cooked it with the peppers. Next time I will probably try adding shrimp. Our 6 thumbs up!

Ginger-Lime Chicken with Coconut Rice
This was pretty good, though a little heavy on the lime. If I make this again I will use the juice from only 1 lime. Also, I only had 1 Tbls of ginger, but it seemed like a good amount.
