i am a working mother of 3 ... going on 12 years happily married...child nutritionist... enjoy cooking...love finding new ways and idese for expressing new tastes due to having to work i find myself in the quick mode mostly...i do scratch cooking as much as possible...i don cook out of a box...i love catering and hosting foods. stratch cooking...being able to know and find the flavor blends that work and experiementing with new ideas and still making dinner in less than an hour. as my husband would say."she has a knack of being able to go into any kitchen and make a magnificient meal out of most anything." cookies...i totally suck ... either over or under done.
