Caramel Apple Coffee Cake

These are really good with a cup of tea or maybe some lemonade. They are also very easy to make. I had some leftover ricotta mixture from making stuffed shells, and even with spinach and parmesan cheese in the mixture the cookies came out great.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

These were wonderful. My family thought they were great. I cut the filling recipe in half. Then I cut the the roll of croissants into 1/4 inch slices. I flattened the middle of each round and added the filling. They took about 17 to bake.

Oh-So-Good Chicken

We don't like mushrooms, so I excluded them. Other than that I made it as is. This was very good. My husband loved it.

Pasta Lasagna

I made this recipe as is. It is very good and much easier than traditional lasagna. I also tried it with spinach instead of meat and it was a good vegetarian lasagna.

A pretty good basic recipe. It is a bit bland and needs some added spices to it. After that it is pretty tasty.

Sloppy Joes II

This is a great basic recipe. I think next time I will try other reviewers ideas of adding some BBQ sauce and maybe some water and oats to make it stickier.
