Baklava
I just made this and it was a hit. I had tasted baklava a few years ago and loved it. The only difference from those and these is that these ones just weren't very goowie though so next time I will double the sauce. I followed someones review to cut almost to the bottom and not completely and making the sauce before and letting it cool before putting it on the hot baklava. It was pretty simple to assemble and I only dabbed a little butter on each layer instead of being generous with it and it helped make it nice and crispy. Very good though but needs more sauce.

Apple Crisp II
This recipe was good. I did have to make a few adjustments though, doubled the oat topping, used cold butter instead of melted butter, reduced the water to 1/4 cup(will eliminate it completely next time), mixed the cinnamon sugar mix with the apples. With these changed its a 5 star but as is its only 4. Good though made it for thanksgiving dessert and everyone loved it. Thanks :)

Rosy Grape Jelly
This was just ok for me, I think maybe I used the wrong pectin or something. I would strongly suggest using white cranberry juice too, I used walmart brand cranberry juice and its more a brown color and not very nice looking. I might try it again with white cranberry juice and raspberry juice for something different. This was my first jelly though so I may have done something wrong.
