Spinach Quiche
Very yummy! I sometimes have a diffcult time eating quiche because of its texture, but this quiche is not thick and easy to eat. It has a very pleasing flavor. I made this for a ladies brunch and everyone loved it. It has no crust so next time I may try using a crescent roll crust.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is a wonderful recipe!! I will next time use less chocolate chips and nuts. I feel there isn't enough dough for all it calls for. I used carmel/choc. chips, which added a nice taste.

It's Chili by George!!
This chili is great! A friend made it for my boyfriend, who doesn't like chili, yet he ate four helpings of it! I loved it because it did not have a strong chili taste or a lot of grease! A top choice!
