Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

i didn't think it was a 5 star recipe. I found it to be way too salty! My kids didn't care for it either. I think I'll stick with my own recipe.

Cold Russian Borscht

This was my first time to even cook a beet. It turned out great! I went exactly by the recipe and would not change a thing.
