Mock Tuna Salad
I have to say, this really did taste like tuna fish. I've been concerned about the mercury in tuna, so this is a great alternative.
My family won't go near it, but I love it and am enjoying it right now on celery. It's filling and tastes, to me, like tuna.
I think the reason I eat tuna fish salad (as we Americans tend to eat it, slathered in mayonnaise) is for the texture and creaminess. These are recreated perfectly here with the garbanzo beans.
Delish! Will make again.
