Four Cheese Macaroni
This is very creamy and tasty straight out of the oven, but the leftovers (which, even with a family of mac'n cheese lovers, you will have unless you're feeding an army) were dry. I ended up buying another pkg of noodles to make another batch to use up the rest of the cheese. I split that batch into two aluminum pans to bake and freeze for later.
