Easy Meat Loaf

I'm not a meatloaf fan, but the whole family loves this one. It takes next to no time to prepare, and comes out absolutely yummy.

Curried Coconut Chicken

This is the first curry recipe I've been able to make that was edible. In fact, my husband said it was the best curry he's ever had in his life.
