Sausage Casserole
Tastes great! I covered the top with shredded cheese for the last 5 minutes. Can there ever be enough cheese?

Pizza Casserole
This recipe was awesome!!!! I used ground italian sausage instead of ground beef. Made it that much better! And I also cut back the green pepper to about 1/4 of the pepper.

Baked Potato Soup
We enjoyed this recipe. I always double it because I get mad when there is not enough for seconds! With that, I do a whole pound of bacon. I also use milk which works just fine. I put green onions on top instead of parsley. It is definitely some of the best potato soup I've ever had!
