Delicious, followed as written and dumped into pre-made oversized graham cracker crust, and had extra filling, my son has been asking for another piece all day long! First cheesecake I have ever made and definitely not my last!

Beef Tips

Great idea to use a cheaper cut of meat! We loved it, served over egg noodles and I used beef broth instead of water and added a bag of frozen peas towards the end, oh and browned pieces in seasoned flour before adding to crock pot. Try it, you will be impressed!!! NO LEFTOVERS in my house of four!

Beer Bread I

Love it, used 3 c flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, and 1 tsp. salt, added cheddar cheese (so left out a little salt) and garlic powder, used Blue Light, was great with spinach dip and still good day after. Move over Tastefully Simple! Is REALLY good with Blue Moon as well! Trying again letting the dough rise as someone else suggested, cheap delicious and FOOL PROOF!!!

Campbell's® Lemon Broccoli Chicken

I followed to recipe exactly, even measured ingredients, which is rare for me and this was not even edible and I love lemon and it was way too much for me. Would recommend leaving out the lemon entirely although it would just be broccoli chicken but it would be edible

Buffalo Chicken Dip

OMG! Awesome, was a little unsure at first while melting the cheeses in, smell of buff sauce is strong but the flavor is awesome, use canned chicken it separates and gets in every bite, went a little less on the cheddar to avoid grease factor, but people were hovering around my small crock pot to taste some more! craving some as we speak!!!!

Spinach Artichoke Feta Ball

Honestly I was expecting to be more "wowed" by this one, the flavor was definitely good but just kind of another spinach artichoke dip, maybe warming it up a bit would make it better and left out the ranch mix, can't see how it could add just take away from the flavor, it has plenty just not what I was expecting, didn't go as quick as expected.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Okay, kind of bland even after adding garlic salt and extra seasonings, tasted exactly like the recipe states, a Cheeseburger meatloaf. Way too much cheese, I did 2 cups and felt that was overkill. Wonder if American would work better....next time will def. add some dill relish to the mix and top with ketchup/mustard glaze, easy to roll with foil, thanks for the suggestion will use that again! Be prepared to doctor recipe to your personal tastes, but a great base recipe, thx for sharing!

Carrie's Garlic Pesto Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Husband gave it a 2 I gave it a 4, split the difference, good idea, next time I would eliminate the mustard entirely, overpowered and I used less than called for, added an odd flavor that seemed out of place with the other ingredients and no additional garlic, the pesto added enough flavor.

Weeknight Chicken Cordon Bleu

Big hit with everyone, although I used breasts-butterflied and then pounded thin, also wrapped each roll tightly in Saran Wrap and threw in the fridge for a few hours, then finished the breading and browning, the rolls stayed together beautifully with minimal leaking.

Hot Dog Sandwiches

I make my 5 yr old "Hot Dog Sandwiches" all the time, this offers some good ideas, his are served on toast with diced hot dogs and ketchup, occasionally cheese. Thanks for some new ideas.....

Mild Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

WAY WAY too cheesy (and I am a big cheese lover) and terrible presentation, looked like plastic.... the filling was okay but I seasoned the chicken with taco seasoning to give some flavor, will use idea for filling with different topping, the kids liked it though

Best Black Beans

Tasted before and after addition of cilantro and it makes the dish, don't leave it out. Didn't use the cayenne, used Hot chile sauce instead, tasted like restaurant quality, served topped with chilled diced tomatoes to balance the heat

Supreme Strawberry Topping

have made twice so far, first time I pureed the whole batch, and served over Angel Food Cake and second time added fresh sliced strawberries before serving, preferred the latter over pancakes, but simple and well worth the 5 minutes for the wow factor

Glazed Meatloaf I

A regular family favorite, I make mini-meatloaves and cook them in a muffin tin at 375 for 30 minutes or so, the kids love having their own individual meatloaf and is ready by the time your mashed potatoes are done.
