I was a terrible cook until I had a baby 5 months ago and watched "Martha" every day during my maternity leave. I started watching her cook and thought to myself, "Hey, I can do that!" Now I'm arming myself with easy recipes that I can make quickly on a weeknight. Whatever is easy -- few ingredient dishes are the best with two little ones in the house. Lefse I am a master at making Basil Pesto from scratch! I am not at all good at Cous Cous!
