Zucchini Bread IV
This was amazing!!! I cut the oil in half and replaced with low fat sour cream.(had no apple sauce) I used two cups whole wheat flour and one cup white flour. It tasted great, and I am picky about that. I also added half a bag of chocolate chips. My husband and I ate both loaves in four days.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
Drain the zucchini!!! I didn't and regret it. I baked it for an hour and twenty minutes and it still wasn't firm. I may try again with drained zucchini instead. The flavor is good. It smells amazing while baking.
