Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce
i left the recipe as is and it turned out great. i didn't think the filling was bland as some said. will make again.

Country Apple Dumplings
very yummy and easy to make. i usually like a vanila sauce with my dumplings but this reminds me of a caramel sauce.

German Style Kielbasa
i like kraut but sometimes the flavor by itself is overpowering. so when i tried it this was i actually went back for extra kraut. the sweetness actually cut out some of the sour. thanks! i also added a little bit of onion and poppyseeds.
