Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I swapped the 1/2c. butter for 1/2c. no sugar added applesauce. I had to add another 3/4c of flour as the dough was pretty much batter. The end result was a cake like, thick cookie. Do not forgo the glaze - it makes the cookie! I also used equal amounts of pumpkin pie spice instead of all the seasonings listed. Will definitely make again!
