Citrus Orange Roughy
I followed the recipe exactly. Used seasoned bread crumbs. I thought it was just ok. Nothing really exciting. I think it would have been better if I had marinated the fish in the liquid for a time rather than just using it to dip the fish prior to breading. There was a lot of liquid, plenty to use as a marinade. Thanks
