I'm a teen who lives in New Orleans and loves to cook by nature (we New Orleanians are quite the chefs!). I am always experimenting, and everything I cook turns out pretty well! I adore to cook for others...I love to see their faces when they taste my creations! I love to cook anything that I haven't cooked before. I love making desserts (pastries, muffins, etc) and any sort of breakfast foods! Breakfast is savory and delicious, and I adore cooking breakfast for my family and friends! We cook alot of traditional New Orleans food. I make awesome gumbo, jambalaya, and other dishes. I have some of my grandmother's recipes including an unusual coleslaw recipe and a special oil-slick type gumbo. My first pot of gumbo was QUITE the exciting day! Also, this past Thanksgiving, I tackled the entire meal myself, turkey and all! I've had a few! Haha, but usually I can turn it around and whip it into something ELSE delicious!
