Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
This did not work for us, maybe the type of sauce we used? It had a strange flavor and texture....strange.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Wonderful! I have used this as a base idea many times....added veggies, different/more spices, with/without potatoes, etc. Try this!

Manicotti Italian Casserole
This was such a huge hit at home and at work! I have made it twice, one time I followed the recipe exactly, next I played with it a little - great both times. Try more veggies, less meat, more cheese, almost anything would work. We will do this again and again.
