Spring Biscotti

This was really good. I used almonds instead of pistachios and I didn't put the white chocolate on (I'm not a fan of white chocolate). Great biscotti, this was my first time making it and I'll make it again.

This was really good except I would definitely leave out the cinnamon next time. Chocolate doesn't need any help with flavoring!

Asparagus Chicken Crepes

These are fantastic!! Loved them. It was the first time I ever made crepes and they turned out fine using a regular old frying pan. I have to admit I was nervous about making the crepes so I had some store bought crepes on hand just incase but I didn't need them. Great recipe!

Iced Tea II

This iced tea is awesome!! It is always in my fridge during the summer. Instead of the amount of lemon juice it calls for in the recipe I just juice one lemon and it is perfect. I mix the sugar and lemon juice together then pour in the boiling water, drop in the tea bags, give it another stir and let it steep. It is soo easy and so good!

Ginger Snaps II

I made these cookies and halfway through I realized I didn't have ginger..so I used 1tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp ground cloves. They are great! I suppose they are not really a ginger cookie without the ginger but they are great nonetheless. Also, I used real butter as some other people suggested and they turned out very well.

Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins

I followed this recipe exactly and the muffins are great! My son who has a list of about 5 things he likes to eat, loves them! (minus the blueberries) As I type he is on his second muffin! I would double the recipe next time though because it only made 10 muffins.

Pancakes I

I followed the recipe exactly but the batter was too runny which in turn made the pancakes too thin. I don't think I'll make these again. They tasted ok but i like a thicker fluffier pancake.

Bread Pudding II

Very good..everyone loved it! I used regular raisins instead of golden and I added 1tsp of each nutmeg and cinnamon like one other person said. I also made the vanilla sauce to go with it...yum! It was all gone before it cooled!

Giant Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

they didn't turn out very big, too crunchy and the second batch burned even though I only cooked them for 15 min. I don't think I'll make these again.

Pistachio Salad

I added some yogurt and next time I would drain the pineapple instead of putting the juice in. Other than that it was awesome!
