amazing...followed directions exactly and there wasn't a bite left...even on 7 y/o daughter's plate! hubby thought it was fantastic! would maybe try this on the grill, too. served with honey roasted potato from this site. delicious!!!

Delicious! I've made it twice this week, once for guests and again for just us. Very moist and got rave reviews! The second time, I threw in some milk chocolate chips...probably about 1 cup. Perfect to go along with a cup of tea! Will be printing this one out for the recipe box!

excellent side dish...i didn't put quite as much sugar as called for and omitted the milk completely...it would have made this batch very mushy and too wet for my liking. everyone enjoyed it, even 6 year old who has never eaten more than her "no thank you" bite of sweet potato! will be making at thanksgiving this year.
