Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry Goodness

Very good, although i had to make some modifications due to ingredient restrictions. I didn't have any frangelico, and I added chocolate syrup instead of chocolate shavings. Very tasty, but I need to watch out considering there isn't much in here besides alcohol.

Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole

This was really good! I don't eat meat, so I subsituted the chicken with onions and more mushrooms. It turned out well. I was pleased. Will make again!

Barbeque Seitan and Black Bean Burritos

This recipe was great! I made a few modifcations based on what I had in my kitchen. I didn't make rice, and instead of peppers and some of the onions I used mushrooms, spinach, and sprouts, along with hot pepper flakes. Very tasty!
