Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie
I am now making this for the 2nd time. The first time, using fresh chicken breasts, I boiled it and added garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper so it had some flavoring. I used extra chicken and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and plenty of veggies (didn't use measuring cups for anything). It came out delicious. My fiance fell in love with it, so I am surprising him today with it.

Fluffy Pancakes
I was afraid of the "sour" milk part, but I just went with it. I like my pancakes a little sweeter, so I added a tad bit more sugar. These came out SO SO SO good! I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I made them, because anytime I've tried to make pancakes, I've been discouraged because they come out terrible! These, were not though. They were as good as most breakfast places! I will be trying various things mixed in, in the future- chocolate chips, blueberries, bananas.

Beer Battered Chicken
the base recipe is perfect. it makes perfect beer battered chicken, but i read that it was bland, so i always add seasonings that i like- to the chicken when in strips, to the flour to dip chicken in, as well as the batter for some kick- i add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and some seasoning salt. I also add a bit more beer, maybe more like 2/3c than 1/2c.
