Linguini with Broccoli and Red Peppers
I usually just look for recipes to use as a guideline, and this one looked pretty good. I used regular thin spaghetti instead of linguini and used half of a green pepper, half of a red pepper and half of a yellow pepper along with the broccoli to give it more color. I used some italian seasonings while sauteeing the peppers and added a bit of parm cheese to the mix. I didnt see anything about tossing the pasta with oil, so i did that separately and then combined it with the veggies. It was really delicious. My SO and kids (3 years old and 10.5months) all devoured it! I will be making a rendition of this again in the future.

Meaty Thick Man Chili
This is a pretty good recipe, but I am not a measure-er. I have made it several ways, I have used ground turkey, but I have NEVER used the 5lbs of meat it calls for. I do, however, always use a full can of beans, green pepper and red pepper. I sort of eyeball the chili powder and I add some salt to help season some and then I add some hot sauce (texas petes, tabasco, etc)- a few shakes.... and I too, top mine off with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream and I do also enjoy it served with some nice fresh bakery bread on the side! VERY GOOD basic recipe though! :D

Garlic Chicken
This is delicious and my 2 year old even ate it without feeding *too much* to the dog LOL My Fiance is SUPER picky as well and he said that its AWESOME! However, the ONE change I made (except for seasoning to my liking)- is I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and 2 pieces went VERY far and it doesn't need nearly as much time in the oven either. I served it with some fettuccine with garlic and parm cheese. overall, was very good combo :)
