Butternut Squash Soup
Really Good!! Roasted the squash in the oven on 350 for about an hour. Added 3 pears. Tasted it without the cream cheese and it felt like it was missing something. Added 1 block as suggested by other reviewers and the flavor was delicious! I will definitely add this to my soup collection during the fall/winter. Thanks.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Awesome! Doubled the recipe. Added extra cumin and 1/2 lime to chix. Sauteed onion till tender & added extra garlic. Used black beans. Topped with tortilla chips, Monterey Jack, and Cilantro-Yum! You won't be disappointed.

Baked Ziti I
Used 1/2 sausage and 1/2 ground beef. Added onion and 3 cloves garlic to meat. Used Classico Traditional Sweet Basil sauce. Added fresh basil, thyme, oregano, and pinch of red pepper flakes. Mixed sauce with pasta. Cut the sour cream with 1/2 ricotta. Turned out awesome!!! Definitely a crowd pleaser!
