Chicken and Bowtie Pasta with Asiago Cream Sauce
Love LOVE this recipe. I make it everytime we have new company over and my husband begs for it all the time! I made a few changes to suit my preferences: sub 1 c steamed broccoli for the prosciutto, and heavily season chicken with salt & pepper. Serve with some Asiago cheese on top... YUM!

Three Cheese Manicotti II
This manicotti tasted like it came from an Italian kitchen, rather than my own. I ran the manicotti under cold water right after draining and it seemed to be easier to stuff.

Grilled Salmon Kyoto
I loved this recipe! A lot of marinades don't flavor salmon very well, but this one does a great job... You can still taste the salmon, but it has a wonderful flavor added to it.
