Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer
This ham was pretty good. It was just a little dry, and I can't imagine why, but the flavor is fantastic. I used a Winter Lager, and it cooked into the meat well. Thanks!

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls
these were delish, just make sure you have several extra wrappers. It takes several to get the hang of it :)

Zucchini and Pecan Saute
I'm not sure what it was, but something about these flavors was wrong. The zucchini turned out mushy, and the pecans were too flavorful to be paired with the squash. I'm afraid this went straight into the rubbish bin.
