Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I used the amount of spices on the recipe and a whole 5 lb. chicken. Typically, my husband is not a fan of chicken. However, he loved this one! Moist and tasty. Even the breast were moist. Be sure to use a meat thermometer to check this. When it reads 170° it is ready to take out of the oven. Easy, easy, easy.
