I love cooking and baking. My husband says I cook with my heart that is why all my dishes turn out so good! bread, spaghetti sauce, soups, egg dishes, creative pizzas, nachos We always eat pizza on Fridays. Christmas and Easter mornings always are fantastic with a special Mexican egg dish. We make homemade pizza on New Year's Eve. When we watch football, we always eat my special chili chicken nachos. I have a gift for throwing ingredients together and it turning out GREAT! Every year my kids want me to make their birthday cakes and I always start out with no idea of where I am going with it and every year my kids say my cake was better that the previous years :) I can not for the life of me make salsa!
