Breaded Brussels Sprouts
These were delicious. I followed the recipe except I baked them instead of putting them under the broiler because I was baking other things. Next time I'll take the time to fire up the broiler for a few minutes. I think that would have made a much nicer crust on top.

Camarones al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp)
Very good...I didn't add as much garlic as the recipe called for, but it was still delicious served over yellow rice

No Bake Cookies I
I'm not sure why this got such high ratings. Maybe I did something wrong - but this turned out more like a topping for ice cream, maybe - rather than a cookie
