Plum Dumplings
These had GREAT flavor, but I'm convinced I did something wrong. The picture shows them almost crusty looking on the outside, and really round. Mine were flat like flying saucers, and while they tasted good they did not have a crispy outside. Any tips?

No Bake Cookies II
good flavor, of course I doubled the vanilla (but I do that in ALL my recipes, yumm!) I did boil for three minutes, maybe should have stopped at 2.5, a little crumbly, but not bad. overall, pretty good, I'll probably use this recipe again!

Baklava
SO GREAT!! I used almonds, just because they are my favorite nut. SO DELICIOUS! Followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of the notes saying to make the syrup ahead of time. turned out perfect. (cutting the diamonds before baking is kind of hard, but it CAN be done! :)
