Potato Latkes I

Great recipe. I did what everyone else suggested and used only 1 egg per 2 cups (I made 8 cup's of potato's) and halved the salt and flour. I also put in more onion, since I didn't bother measuring. Also, when frying, I'd suggest frying it in about a half an inch of oil, since you don't want them to burn or anything. Other than that, it was a great recipe.

Garlic Chicken

Amazing! I didn't think the amount of cheese in the bread crumbs would be good but it is. And it's so easy. I am GOING making this again.

Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Very good. Since I am in college and was unable to use anything more than a spoon, the pumpkin mash came out a bit chunky, but it cooked right into the pie and tasted great. All my roommates loved it!
