I am a wife and mother of three. I love to cook and generally end up making all the holiday dinners for my husbands side of the family. I also love to bake desserts and cookies, make candies, and all sorts of goodies. It gives me great pleasure to see people enjoy my cooking. I have often thought about opening a bakery, but there is a alck of funds. I love to make stir fries, but my specialty is when I make Crab Rangoons to go with the stir fry. I don't really have a recipe, as I just throw it together. I also like to bake cookies and such. Dad making fudge for the Holidays. I have now taken on the tradition, but mine never turns out quite the same. "Winging it" on my first attempt of making Crab Rangoons, and every one telling me they were better than any restaurants they've had. Every year, my first batch of home made old fashioned fudge, turns out ROCK HARD. I have yet to figure out why, but I have just accepted the fact that I will throw at least one batch of fudge away every year.
