About this Cook
I absolutely love cooking for people and watching them enjoy my creations. Reading cookbooks is one of my favorite past times. There is nothing more wonderful, to me, than finding a new family favorite recipe.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook/bake most anything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We do our best to continue the Italian traditions in our house. The seven fishes on Christmas Eve may be one of my favorites. Until recently, we cooked the same thing every year. I've decided to change it up a bit, recently, and have brought some wonderfully exciting new twists to our old tradition.

Pineapple Cobbler
Very Yummy, Very Easy! Absolutely one for the recipe box. It took no time at all to put together. I did take some advice from the previous ratings and opted to use 1/4 cup of butter, rather than 1/2. It was plenty buttery!

Country Rib Delight
Excellent! I shared this recipe with all of my friends. The meat was tender and the taste was delicious. I will surely make these ribs again.

Cinnamon Flat Bread
Excellent! So easy and delicious. I ended up making it on a jelly roll pan, because I didn't have a pizza round, and it worked out perfectly. Everytime someone walked by it, they tore another piece off....including the two 3-yr olds! I will make it again and again.
