About this Cook
I am currently a student at Lakeland College in Sheboygan. I love getting together with my friends and cooking. We have a lot of fun together, and the more people, the easier the clean up.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking because I love sweets, so desserts are probably my favorite.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family has a pretty big German background, so we love cooking the cabbage breads that my great-grandma used to make.

Cappuccino Cooler
This was excellent! The only ice cream I had on hand was vanilla fudge swirl, but it turned out just great! I also blended the ice cubes in with the rest of it to make more of a frozen coffee than an iced one. I will definitely use this again!

Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins
These muffins were pretty good. I didn't have any applesauce in the house, so I replaced it with some oil, which I think made them turn out a little different. However, I still thought they were good. Next time I make them, I would probably use milk chocolate chips instead.

Chocolate Toffee Cookies II
These cookies are excellent! I'm really not a big chocolate person, but I loved these cookies (and so did the rest of the family). I will definitely be making them again. UPDATE: The cookies were gone within 2 days! 32 cookies gone within the next day. Amazing!
