Ricotta Cake
Vey good. Like someone else suggested, using a bundt pan next time and flipping it over. But this is a keeper. Thanks for a great recipe!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is a great recipe. I was a little worried as I don't really care for cottage cheese, but I pulsed it in the processor first and mixed it with the other ingredients. It was wonderful. Everyone had seconds. I doubled the recipe. Thanks for a great macaroni & cheeze.
