Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
I found some things lacking in this recipe. The sauce was bland and inadequate for the amount of potatoes I had. I added a can of cream of potato soup, undiluted. I layered the potatoes onions and sauce individualy and sprinkled cheddar cheese on top. I baked it for 1 hr covered and for 1 hr uncovered. I think I will stick to my familiar recipe from now on.
