Pumpkin Bread
Super moist and delicious, this recipe is a keeper. The only changes I made was using whole wheat flour and adding walnuts. This is definitely a fattening bread but very delicious

Zucchini Yogurt Multigrain Muffins
These were moist and delicious. My only adjustment was to use whole wheat flour instead of all purpose, and I didn't have oat flour so I use wheat bran. Also in 18 minutes they burned so be sure to check at about 15, these muffins burn easily

Banana Nut Muffins
Very delicious muffins, although I did a few alterations. I used whole wheat flour and omitted the zest. I also Cut up length wise a piece of banana and put it in the center of the muffin which made it so moist and a nice surprise in the middle. And you can also add some blueberries to make it even more delish
