I am married with 3 children of my own and a down syndrome stepdaughter. I enjoy cooking, reading, cross-stitching, and out door activities(downhill skiing, hunting, fishing,etc.) I mostly like to bake things like desserts, cookies, coffee cake, muffins, and breads. Iam the only one in the family with children, so the whole family comes to our house on Christmas morning to open and exchange gifts and to feast on a large variety of my homemade coffee cakes that have been put on the "list" throughout the year.
