Pork Meatballs
I added some oregano, basil and onion powder. I also boiled them in chicken stock (my son seems to react to beef) and then sauteed them to brown them up a bit. I served them in a spinach tomato sauce with spagetti and they were AMAZING! I'd definitely make these again.

Ham and Swiss Casserole
I have made this recipe a million times now. It always comes out well and my whole family loves it. We don't like mushrooms, so I don't add those and I change out the cheeses, using whatever ones we have in the house. I normally just shred the cheese instead of cubing it. It's always delicious!
